Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Donnacode, we are committed to delivering high-quality websites, sales funnels, automations, and coaching services. Because our work involves custom-built solutions and immediate resource allocation, we have specific terms regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. What Are Cookies?

a) Standard Plan (12-Month Contract)

  • The Standard Plan requires a 12-month minimum commitment.

  • Early cancellation is possible only by:

    • Paying the remaining balance for the contract term, or

    • Paying the one-time Flexibility Fee (850 EUR excluding VAT).

  • After the initial 12 months, your subscription automatically converts into a monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time with no notice period.

b) Flex Plan

  • The Flex Plan requires a one-time Flexibility Fee (850 EUR excluding VAT).

  • After the first month, you may cancel your subscription at any time without further obligation.

c) Process of Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at [email protected]. All cancellations must be requested by the account holder or authorized representative of the business.

2. Refunds

Because our services involve custom development, design work, and coaching access, all payments are final and non-refundable once registration and payment have been completed.

Refunds are only available in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.

  • Technical errors in payment processing where services were not delivered.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected], and we will review and process eligible refunds promptly.

3. Business Closure

In the unlikely event that Donnacode permanently discontinues its services:

  • You will be given full ownership of your website, funnels, and uploaded content.

  • We will provide transition support for 60 days to migrate your assets to a private GoHighLevel account or equivalent platform.

4. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by Swedish law.

For B2C customers within the EU, certain consumer protections may apply under local laws. However, by registering and using Donnacode services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
